Not a very good start to my new 5:30am training session.
Back Squat 225/10, 245/10/3
10# plate fell on my toe while unloading bar, called it a day, with plans to finish my workout later. Didnt happen!

Halting Snatch Deadlift 190/3/3
Overhead Squat 185/3, 205/3, 215/3/2, 235/3 pr
Toughed it out, and albeit I haven’t ohs’d for awhile 235/3 was a pr, and after some crazy pain in my foot I went to the doctor, and it turns out that my big toe is broke. Guess I’ll be changing up the program while it heals.
