FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED

Whether you are training in a group or private session, Farm Strong Coaches and Club members will support and motivate you to reach your goals and achieve your full potential.

Farm Strong will begin working with individuals as young as 9 years of age, so long as they are mature and can maintain proper focus.  Programs will be adjusted for  each individual wether they are trying to make the international stage, or just training for enjoyment and a healthy lifestyle.

Farm Strong Olympic Weightlifting

With former Canadian National Team Members and National Team Coach on our coaching roster, we are experts in the field of Olympic Weightlifting.

Farm Strong Sports Performance

The Farm Strong Sports Performance Program is for athletes of all sports.  Athletes will be assessed, and then be given a customized program to follow based on their goals and needs.

Farm Strong Team Training

Farm Strong Athletics develops stronger, faster, more explosive athletes, so imagine our Coaches working with your entire team!  You end up with a group of monsters significantly tougher then your opponents.

We work with a limited amount of teams each season, across all sports, and not only have we increased teams overall performance, but we have found ways to reduce teams budgets in the process.

Need a coach’s eye on a weightlifting movement, or another exercise?  Or just need a good workout?  Whether you need one on one coaching or would like to train with a small group of friends, Farm Strong can accommodate.

Farm Strong Program Design

Farm Strong Coaches take on a small number of individuals and will write them customized individual training programs.

At Farm Strong Athletics, we start all of our new athletes with a complimentary 1-on-1 Intro Workout with one of our expert coaches. The purpose of this session is to get to know you, learn about your athletic background, discuss your individual goals and needs, assess your current abilities, and determine the best Farm Strong Program to help you achieve your objectives. After your first free consultation, you can then purchase any “On Ramp” sessions needed, or memberships to train in any of the Farm Strong Programs, that our Coach would have helped you select in the consultation.
