CrossFit Open 12.4

AMRAP in 12 minutes:
150 Wall Ball shots 20#ball,10′ target
90 Double Unders
30 Muscle Ups
Score: 0 rounds, 11 muscle ups for total of 251 reps.

Pretty happy with my effort on this.  Thought I’d be able to take bigger chunks out of the wall balls but after my first big energy store was depleted I just broke into mostly sets of tens.  Double unders went about as well as expected, I see from the video that I could bring my hands in a bit for more efficient movement. And considering I cant remember the last time I’ve done muscle ups , let alone in a fatigued state I’m pretty happy to get 11.  Busy weekend ahead with the upcoming move, so I video submitted this effort tonight, so head over to this link http://games.crossfit.com/judge/192839  and give me the thumbs up, if you think my ROM was legit.
