 Met up with local firebreather, and soon to be member of the FS ARMY, Curt Manning, for some Olympic technique work, and a quick gasser to wrap things up. Oly work went went well, haven’t done push press for sometime, which is without a doubt a program flaw, as my weakness over head could use more of them and strict press.  We tweaked a few things with Curt’s set up on the snatch that should help him down the road, dude is crazy strong and could be a hell of a weightlifter with a little practice.  The conditioning peice is Curt’s area of expetise and went about as expected, Curt finished 4:43, and I huffed in at 5:39.  Curt is crazy fast on the Box Jumps and essiantially pulled away once he got to them  The plate burpee was a new movement for both of us, where you essentially drop the plate and yourself to the ground, chest hits the plate, then you spring back up and finish with the plate over head, not the speediest of movements but pair all of these together and the wind is pulled from your lungs faster then I refuse energy drinks
