Got this workout in last week, and forgot to log it. Had a spare 20 minutes to kill while out in the country, and made the most of a 20#(aprox) rock I found.

30 Rock toss as high as possible
30 total Rock Shot puts alt/sides
30 Rock Slams (with 2 hands snatch rock to full extension then slam it on ground as violently as possible……don’t break your toes dummies)
