Jenna Paolini

Jenna Paolini brings more than 15 years of experience in financial services, operations, and investment strategy.

Her family roots spread out into the farming sector – from pig farming and agricultural sciences, to professional rodeos and barrel racing.

A graduate of the University of Western Ontario, Jenna began her career in real estate investing and quickly developed a reputation for building strong client relationships while helping families grow and protect their wealth.

Since moving to Toronto in 2017, she has worked with high-net-worth advisory teams and investment banking groups, gaining broad experience in financial strategy, capital planning, and operational leadership.

As Chief Operating Officer, Jenna oversees the day-to-day operations of the firm, ensuring that teams, processes, and capital resources work together smoothly to support Farmstrong’s long-term mission.

Outside the office, Jenna enjoys traveling, hiking, and spending time outdoors whenever she can.
