Strategic Communication Specialist

Sarah Stamp, BASc - Strategic Communication Specialist Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner & Authorized Partner.
Certified Five Behaviors® Practitioner & Authorized Partner.

We often refer to Sarah as the “WD-40 of farm family succession planning” – because of its (legendary) ability to get things “unstuck.” Sarah’s unique talents and training allow farm families to work through difficult conversations while preserving the relationships that matter most.

Simply put… she not only bridges complex family dynamics, she helps ensure the families can remain together around those same tables for future family events and activities that define a family legacy.

A wife, mother, farmer, and founder of Sarah Stamp Farm Consulting, Sarah specializes in bridging the gap between business realities and family dynamics.

Her professional background in parish ministry and mental health gives her a rare perspective in the agricultural sector, allowing her to approach succession and governance conversations with empathy, clarity, and practical collaboration.

Sarah’s work is also shaped by lived experience. As an in-law navigating the complexities of a multi-generational farm, she understands firsthand the opportunities and tensions that can arise when families, ownership, and identity intersect. This perspective allows her to connect authentically with farm families facing transition, communication, and leadership challenges.

Using world-class behavioural and communication tools, Sarah helps families and farm teams improve trust, strengthen communication, and create alignment around shared goals.

She is a Certified Everything DiSC® Practitioner and Authorized Partner, as well as a Certified Five Behaviors® Practitioner and Authorized Partner.

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Arts and Science degree with a double major in Psychology and Kinesiology from the University of Lethbridge, and is also an alumni of the Executive Program for Agricultural Producers (TEPAP) at Texas A&M University.

In 2023, Sarah and her husband Greg were named Alberta/NWT Outstanding Young Farmers and Canadian National Co-Winners, recognizing their commitment to innovation, resilience, and excellence in agriculture.

Sarah believes that the true foundation of a successful farm is the family unit. Beyond the land, equipment, and financial decisions, every successful farm is ultimately built on relationships, shared values, and intentional communication.

Her guiding principle remains simple: a farm can only truly prosper when the family behind it is healthy, aligned, and connected.

Outside of work, Sarah loves spending time with her family, skiing, hiking and coaching her children in their favourite sports.
