Martin Hutnik

Martin comes from a farming family.

His father immigrated from Poland to Canada in the 1980s and became off farm along with other family members, fuelling his passion for supporting modern-day farming families.

Martin deploys his finance-based skills to work closely with hundreds of farm families across Canada, helping them plan for the most important transition of all, the future of their farm.

A specialist in agricultural succession and tax planning, Martin guides producers through complex financial and continuity decisions with clarity and care. His focus is always on helping families make informed choices that protect both their operations and their long-term legacy.

Over the years, Martin has become a trusted advisor, helping people navigate complex generational changes. He believes that good planning today helps ensure that land, livelihoods, and family relationships remain strong for decades to come.

Outside of work, Martin enjoys life with his growing family and is a devoted husband and father to a young daughter and son.
