Snatch 135/3, 155,/2, 185/2, 205/1 Rack Jerk 225, 245, 275, 300f, 300 Low Bar Back Squat 315/3/3With moving and and unpacking not much training has gotten done, but was finally able to get past the mental hurdle and lock 300# pounds out overhead, by way of a rack jerk tonight. Pretty stoked certain numbers seem to be hurdles, and this has been one of them. Onward and upward, now just need to string it together with a clean in front of it.
