Well it didn’t take long for me to flip flop and get back on the O-lifting wagon. What can I say I want to lift like these freaks!
Lifted on Saturday with Lockwood, and man was I rusty and weak, he quickly sent me a 1710 rep program that he assured me would have my legs back under me in no time………..though the thought of what 1700 reps in one month is going to feel like after so much time off, we will likely cut back a few days here and there and focus on proper recovery. Below is the past few days of training:

Chase the kid on a bike. ……Essentially sprints intervals for approximately 45 minutes ether getting ahead of Linc or trying to catch him on his pedal bike, nothing really timed or measured for distance,(approx 3miles covered in all) just good to get outside and run as fast as possible, until Linc showed total disregard to traffic, and playtime was over.Tuesday April 24, 2012
