CrossFit Games Open 12.2

10 minute time limit Snatch:
30 reps @ 75#
30 reps @ 135#
30 reps @ 165#
210# As many reps as possible with remaining time.
 

Well evidently being able too snatch fairly heavy one time doesn’t mean you can snatch really light many times! I zipped through the 30 reps @75# in 3 sets of 10 in about 1:15,then hit 5 touch and goes at 135# and knew I was in trouble! Got to about 15 and my lower back locked up pretty good, but the main problem was I was out of gas! I was able to limp though to get 63 reps, thought Id be good for at least 70 but muscle endurance isnt where it should be for this sort of thing.  Crazy to see someone go through this and hit 98 reps and still be power snatching 210# after that amount of work, unreal engines!
