Back Squats 315#/3/10…..take that you stupid legs.
Push Press, 5minute find 1RM: Got 235, and went for a pr at 255 but no juice left in the legs.

A little push and pull with the wife to end the night!……….

1a. Close Grip Bench Press 185/5/4, 185/7
1b. Supinated Ring Rows 15/5

Nothing funny to say other then to quote my main man Poly, after getting all swollen from the bench and the rows, I was strutting around the house like a peacock.
Though when Poly and I are strutting, it comes off more like this.
