SPORT PERFORMANCE MEMBERSHIPS

The Farm Strong Sports Performance Program is for athletes in all sports.  Athletes will be assessed, and then be given a customized program to follow based on their goals and needs.

One of our major observations is how many athletes have started to specialize in one sport, and play that sport year round.  Their games and practices are scheduled very heavily, and though they are getting adequate conditioning from their sport, they are displaying a lot of imbalances and weaknesses in our initial assessments.

This is why the majority of our athlete’s programs will be strength training, and addressing the weaknesses identified in our assessment. Athletes on this program will be coached by the top Olympic Weightlifting coaches in Canada, and be coached 3 to 4 times per week.  To keep the membership costs down,  athletes will be programmed extra conditioning sessions, when needed, and will perform these sessions during open gym times, or at fields and tracks on their own.

The work outs for this program are adjusted around the athletes in and out of season needs, and ideally we would work with an athlete and their team year round, so we would be able to maintain and progress their development.

After your first free consultation, you can then purchase any “On Ramp” sessions needed, or memberships to train in any of the Farm Strong Programs, that our Coach would have helped you select in the consultation.
