Haikido Cup is one week away, and it was good session too clean up a few issues I’ve been having this cycle with my snatch. 100 felt pretty light, so I went for the 105 and failed it twice, probably should have just hit 100 again and called it a day, I won’t let it shake me though, as I’m still pretty confident with those weights going into next weekend. Front squats felt great, may have to test 140 for max reps soon. Overall good session, excited for next weekend, almost as much as the time I got a N64 for Christmas.
Seriously, take it easy kid! Imagine how he’ll be the first time he sees a girl with her cloths off.
