Clean House after New Years Bash:

Every floor travled required as follows:
Basement: 5 Strict Pull Ups
Main Floor: 10 Push ups
Upstairs: 20 air squats
Wash Room: 25 sit ups

The place was a bomb! When all was said and done, Lincoln did 20 pull ups, 60 push ups, 120 air squats, Shannon did 9 pull ups, 50 push ups, 100 air squats, and I did 30 pull ups, 120 push ups, 200 air squats, and 50 sit ups.

Hit the Service Center today in St. Albert, place was absolutely bananas! So busy, the Olympic gear is located upstairs on the track surrounded by tin,  every time you drop the weight it feels like the place is going to collapse, and it sounds as though you are shooting a 22 inside a metal grainery, plus people look at you like you are a complete dick head!
