Well its official since the CrossFit Ramsey competition my training partner Brian Carter has made it his mission to not only devise workouts that absolutely demolish me, but ones that he beats me in as well.  Yes I think he is trying to kill me,  tonight’s work out was a grip smasher that made me realize I’ve got some work to do when it comes to certain movements.  Chest to bars were ok for 2 rds, the kbs were something I could tough out, same as the wall balls, but the knees to elbows slowed the workout to a grinding halt, after the 1st round I couldn’t seem to string any together, and resorted to hopping on and off the bar for mostly singles as apposed to double swinging my way to another rep.  I hate moving slow, I mean really hate it, it makes me feel out of shape, and not the good kind of fat……..
