Can’t really lift right now, so taking the down time to bone up my coaching skills. Coached My bro-inlaw Tonk, and Sha-Tay on some cleans. Fortunately for me they are both pretty natural athletes and took to it like birds to a sling shot.

Tonk even earned his first barbell hickeys, from the front rack position!
We all then finished off with a few little gassers, to get the blood up a bit.
